At Restroom Stalls and All, we strive to ensure your commercial restroom projects are completed with the highest quality hardware and partitions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our warehouse.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier to the address provided by our support team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
